You are 100% in control of the hours you work with Panpi Talk. As long as you complete a minimum of 15 hours per week, you can choose to pick up as many hours as you like. Since you are able to service more than one company at a time you can make sure the hours you pick up work best for your schedule. Companies we partner with have 24/7 operation hours and everything in between, if you want the hours they are available.
Your certification is broken down into different sections. You will start earning revenue once you begin taking live “practice” calls or messages. This typically begins the second week of certification. Once certification is completed you will begin your full schedule.
Yes to both questions. You must legally eligible to work in the United States of America and you must live within the country. English must also be your primary language, speaking additional languages is a plus with many of the companies we partner with
Do to the standards set by many of the companies we partner with a background check will be required by a lot of the companies. Some companies are not currently requiring background checks and many have paused drug testing but the can change in the future. Client Support Professionals (CSPs) will provide a variety of tasks to support each client and you will be given access to confidential and sometimes very sensitive information. Felonies and misdemeanors that include fraud are not permitted.
Some companies will require a telephone, others may just need a USB Handset for you to service their clients. You will need hard-wired, high speed internet, an up to date laptop or desktop computer. No, at the end of the year you will receive a 1099 for any revenue earned. Agents or CSPs (Client Support Professionals) of Panpi Talk of Panpi Enterprise Inc are considered Independent Contractors. This means you will be get all of your earnings upfront (no taxes taken out)! At the end of the year you will file your earnings! Connect with your local tax professional as you will be able to deduct expenses related to your business providing additional tax perks 🙂 .
You are paid via direct deposit on the 15th and last day of each month.
You can work as much as you want each day and week. The only requirement is that you work a minimum of 15 hours per week. Some clients do have a cap of 100 hours per week, so if you are averaging $16/hr that would be $1600 per week. Or you can do the minimum of 15 hours and bring in $240/week. It’s 100% your choice to decide how much you want to earn!
You will need to complete our onboarding process of getting set up in our system. This can be done in ONE DAY. If you need help getting through the process reach out and one of our team members will be happy to assist you. Once you are set up you will be given instructions on how to pick a client and begin training. Length of the certification courses for training vary depending on the company. We offer several incentives and bonuses for great performances and going above and beyond. You will also receive a bonus $100 for every agent you refer to Panpi Talk. Some of our agents are bringing in an additional $300 per pay period outside of their normal earnings.
